SpeedCHAIN 2025: Digitalisation takes centre stage

On 30 September to 01 October 2025, the Prague Congress Centre hosted the 20th anniversary edition of the SpeedCHAIN international logistics conference. After years of hosting in the historic premises of Břevnov Monastery, this time it was held in a modern environment offering greater capacity, higher technological facilities, and more space for parallel professional sections and networking.

The 2025 SpeedCHAIN welcomed nearly 900 logistics experts, confirming its role as a key meeting place for professionals from Czechia and abroad. The programme focused on current challenges shaping modern logistics – from digitalisation and automation to sustainability and strategic supply chain management. Topics such as intermodal transport, effective warehouse process management, energy efficiency, and the incorporation of artificial intelligence in planning were also given considerable attention.

OLTIS Group is a traditional participant of the conference and was present this year as well, both with its own exhibition and with a professional presentation. Radomír Bača (Sales) together with Kateřina Kačírková from EUROFROST and FROSTTRANS gave a presentation on the interesting topic of “The Necessary Digitisation of Logistics Processes,” which was received very positively. They focused on specific practical examples of how digitisation helps to streamline operations, increase transparency, and better respond to the challenges of today’s market.

The programme also included excursions to the Knihy Dobrovský logistics centre and the new Direct Auto branch, which offered participants a glimpse into real-life operations and inspiration for their own projects.

The conference was held in the spirit of open sharing of experiences, establishing new contacts, and seeking common solutions for the future of logistics.
