OLTIS Three Balls Cup 2023: Guidelines
Dear Business Friends,
As a part of invitation to the 13th sports & social event OLTIS THREE BALLS CUP 2023, let us send you these detailed Organizational Guidelines. The event is organized by the OLTIS Group company for its business partners and friends on 1 – 2 June 2023 in Olomouc and Veska by Dolany.
Similarly, to the previous years, your results are scored and awarded in each tournament. Besides the winners, also your participation and score in all the competitions is awarded by points rating, which is then added to give the overall rank. The absolute winner of OLTIS THREE BALLS CUP is the participant with the highest score. We would like to stress this information again especially for golf non-players and encourage them to participate in the golf tournament in Veska. You will not only have a good time there and learn the basics of the golf play, but you will also collect points from your participation in the additional golf tournaments, which are organized especially for you. In practice it means that also a golf beginner can fully-fledged participate in the OLTIS THREE BALLS CUP tournament and has the chance to become an overall winner.
Based on the last year’s numerous and positive comments of the participants we have also prepared a tournament for golf license holders which will be held on the 18-hole master course this year again. The tournament will be started again by cannon start and will be enriched by the embedded competition „Nearest to the pin “and „Longest drive“.
The official carrier of the event will be Auto Hlaváček Olomouc company, dealer of Škoda, VW, Audi and Kia cars; and it will be responsible for transporting of the participants to each sports venue.

Sport tournament of customers and friends of organizing companies will be held in the following sport disciplines:
- golf tournament “OLTIS Group Golf Cup” and additional competitions
- bowling tournament of individual players “CID Bowling Cup”
- tennis tournament of doubles “JERID Tennis Cup”

Golf tournament “OLTIS Group Golf Cup”
Tournament director: Štefan Mestický
Date: 1 June 2023
Venue: Golf Resort Olomouc (www.golfolomouc.cz/en)
Golf course: 18-hole (masters) golf course, 9-hole (public) golf course and practice green
Tournaments:
- “OLTIS Group Golf Cup” (the condition is assigned HCP)
For golf non-players according to their choice and performance:
- Tournament on the 9hole golf course
- Mini tournament in putting on the practice green) *
)* – players will choose one of the tournaments. In case of insufficient number of teams in the Texas Scramble tournament, the organizers may allow participation in both competitions
Additional competitions:
„Nearest to the pin“: The most accurate stroke competition will be held within the tournament. The competition will be held on the designated Par-3 Hole. The player, who strikes the ball nearest to the hole, upon the condition that the ball must fall on the green, is the winner. The players will be scored separately in the men and women categories.
“Longest drive”: The longest drive competition will be held within the tournament. The competition will be held on the designated hole. The player, who strikes the ball the longest, upon the condition that the ball must fall on the fairway, is the winner. The players will be scored separately in the men and women categories.
Players’ registration:
- 8:30 for the players on 18hole golf course (the players receive the score card and token for driving range).
- 9:30 for golf non-players (the players will choose just one of the tournaments).
Driving: 8:30 after registration (the players will get token for driving range).
Refreshment: During the tournament, light refreshments, soft drinks, coffee, tea, beer, wine will be provided. The lunch will be served after the tournament.
Official beginning of tournament:
- 10:00 – OLTIS Group Golf Cup (cannon start)
- 10:30 – Golf lessons with coaches within the Golf Academy for golf non-players (approx.1.5 hours)
- 12:30 – Tournament on the 9-hole golf course (Texas Scramble)
- 14:30 – Mini tournament in putting on the practice green.
Tournament system:
OLTIS Group Golf Cup (masters’ 18-hole golf course)
It is closed tournament for handicap adjusting. Format of the tournament is “Stableford netto”. The game is played under the Golf Rules, CGF Competition Rules and local rules. (https://www.golfolomouc.cz/o-resortu/mistrovske-hriste).
Tournament ranking will be announced in three categories according to the HCP, GOLD (HCP 0 – 18.0), SILVER (HCP 18,1 – 36) and BRONZE (36,1 – 54). Best female will also be awarded within the tournament. Tournament organizers reserve the right to change the HCP range for each category according to the actual number of registered players 2 hours before the start of the tournament.
Depending on the number of registered participants they will be divided into flights, probably by 3 (4) players in each flight; the start will be by cannon system. Expected duration of the tournament is about 4,5 – 5 hours.
Tournament on the 9-hole (public) golf course
The tournament will start after completing the basics of golf play within the Golf academy with professional coaches. The system of the tournament is Texas Scramble.
The “Texas Scramble” system is an enjoyable and modest competition.
According to the number of registered players the organizer will create flights consisting of three to five players. All the flight players will play their first ball from the tee. Then the best played ball is selected. From this place each member of the flight plays again his or her ball. This procedure is repeated until the hole is played successfully.
Expected duration of the tournament, including the training, is approx. 1.5 – 2 hours. The composition of each flight will be drawn after the registration.
The tournament is designed for non-golf players only, not for current or past green card holders.
Mini tournament in putting: Before the start of this tournament, the instructor will be available for beginners to provide them with short instructions how to play golf. Then short mini tournament in putting will be played on the practice green.

In case of too many participants, the organizer can limit the participation of non-golfers to only one of the tournaments.
Clothing for the tournaments: Sports long trousers or knee-length trousers (BEWARE: no jeans!!), polo shirt.
Footwear for the tournaments: Special golf shoes or another sports shoe with smooth sole (e.g., shoes for tennis).
Golf clubs: Golf clubs will be lent to the non-players.
Transport to the venue and back: Own transport, or organized by OLTIS Group (please indicate in the Registration Form)

Ceremony, awards: Ranking in every golf tournament will be scored by a different number of points according to the difficulty of each tournament. These points will be counted together, which means that even a golf beginner has a chance to become the overall winner of the OLTIS THREE BALLS CUP.
The results announcement of all three tournaments and the women’s competition will take place immediately after the tournaments at 16:30 in the Golf Resort Olomouc golf club.
Bowling tournament of individual players “CID Bowling Cup”
Tournament director: Rostislav Vašek
Date: 1 June 2023
Venue: BOWLAND bowling center Šantovka
(http://www.bowland-center.cz), 2nd floor of the Galerie Šantovka shopping mall, Polská 1, Olomouc (shopping mall in the Olomouc city center). LOBSTER restaurant in the premises of BOWLAND bowling center Šantovka.
Clothing: Sports, casual.
Participant’s registration: 18:00
Official beginning of tournament: 19:00
Tournament system: All the bowling players will play 1 game in line in basic part (1 × 10 frames).
After the ending of the basic part we will inform you about next way of playing in the categories of the men and women (around 21:00), depending on the actual schedule and on the final number of the players.
The organizers reserve the right to modify the system of the tournament depending on the number of registered participants.
Transport from the hotel Flora:
On foot: BOWLAND bowling center in Gallery Šantovka is located about 1,100 meters from the hotel Flora. It takes about 13 minutes’ walk, and you can see it here.
By tram: from the tram stop on the Wolkerova street (approx. 300 meters from the hotel) line # 1 direction “Fibichova” to stop “Tržnice”, then walk across the bridge about 300 m to the Gallerie Šantovka shopping mall.

The score achieved in the bowling tournament will be count in the overall ranking of the OLTIS THREE BALLS CUP.
Social evening
Informal social evening will take place throughout the duration of the bowling tournament and beyond at LOBSTER restaurant and BOWLAND bowling center Olomouc. There will be also a musical accompaniment for dancing and listening.
Please note that LOBSTER restaurant as well as BOWLAND bowling center Šantovka are strictly non-smoking. Smoking is only allowed on the terrace of the restaurant.
Refreshment: Dinner buffet, soft drinks, coffee, tea, beer, wine by the glass.

Expected end: 01:00 – 02:00 (according to your mood)
Tennis tournament for doubles “JERID Tennis Cup”
Tournament director: Miroslav Fukan
Date: 2 June 2023
Venue: OMEGA Sports and Health Center, Legionářská 1299/19, Olomouc www.omegasport.cz
Court: Opened clay tennis courts, eventually the indoor tennis hall (in case of rainy weather; carpet surface, it is necessary to have clean indoor tennis shoes).
Expected number of players: 40 individuals (20 couples)
Number of courts: 7 courts with gradual release
Tournament drawing: Participants will register to the tennis tournament as individuals and will be divided by organizer into two performance groups. Consequently, before the tournament start, they will be drawn into pairs and groups. The draw will be done electronically.
Tournament system: The system will be specified according to the number of registered players.
The organizers guarantee to each participant a minimum of three matches (match = set; No Add system).
Prerequisite:
- 5 groups by 4 couples,
- In the basic groups 6 matches by group/30 matches overall,
- 5 groups winners and 3 best form place progression into the quarterfinals,
- 2 non advancing from 2nd place into the Consolation finals,
- Semi-finals,
- Finals (the 3rd and 4th place are not played for; the 3rd place will be awarded 2 times).
The organizers reserve the right to modify the system of the tournament depending on the number of registered participants.
Players‘ registration: 8:30 – 9:00
Drawing: 9:00 – 9:30
Official beginning: 9:30
Transport: Own transport, or organized by OLTIS Group
Parking: Parking will be available behind the gate in the car park between “Andrův” stadium and OMEGA sports center. Upon arrival at the parking lot, the parking machine will issue a parking ticket, which you can exchange with the organizers for a free voucher for the exit.
Changing room: Since the tournament is organized in a large sports center, the players will receive a locker room chip and locker number at check-in. This chip serves for opening and loosing of the locker determined for you. The lockers are marked with numbers. When the tournament is over, players will return chips back to the organizers. Loss or failure to return the chip will be charged by a fee.
Catering: It will be served in the summer restaurant “Aqua restaurant & bar” located in the Omega sports and health center premises

Ceremony, awards: 15:30 The score achieved in the tennis tournament will be count in the overall ranking of OLTIS THREE BALLS Cup.
Results announcements of tennis tournament and at the same time the overall ranking OLTIS Three Balls Cup 2023 will take place immediately after the tournament in the premises of the Aqua restaurant & bar.
Leaving the premises: 16:00
Awards
The winners of each tournament (tennis, bowling, golf) as well as the overall rankings on the basis
of the results in all three tournaments will be announced after the competitions.
Prerequisite for placement in overall standings is participation in all three tournaments (tennis, bowling, golf). The players who will be placed on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd places of all three tournaments and also in the overall standings will be awarded.
Accommodation
The organizers will arrange accommodation for participants according to their requests in the Registration Form.
We offer to the participants the accommodation in the hotel Flora Olomouc***.

Price is per room and night, buffet breakfast, wi-fi in the room; VAT included.
The accommodation is paid by participants of the “OLTIS THREE BALLS CUP 2023”; the reservation for each participant will be done by organizers based on request indicated in the Registration Form.
In case of cancellation, you will be charged by the hotel according to its cancellation policy:
- 19–7 days before arrival – 35 % from the price of the ordered services
- 6 days before arrival – 50 % from the price of the ordered services
- 24 hours before arrival – 75 % from the price of the ordered services
- in case of cancellation less than 24 hours prior to arrival or not be checked in without any notice, the hotel charges you by 100 % of the ordered services.
In case of use up the whole contingent of rooms in the hotel Flora organizers stipulate the right to offer guests an alternative option with free capacity.
Accommodation order will be done depending on arrival dates of applications.
Parking
Hotel Flora Olomouc
Parking in the hotel parking lot behind the electronic barrier – 100 CZK / night / car.
OMEGA
sports and health center: Parking will be allowed on the parking lot behind the barrier between the Andrův stadium (football stadium of Sigma Olomouc) and OMEGA sports center.
Upon arrival at the parking lot, the parking machine will issue a parking ticket, which you can exchange with the organizers for a free voucher for the exit.
BOWLAND Bowling Centre
Within the building there are 3 parking lots (P1, P2, P3) with a capacity of 1000 cars:
- P1 is the lowest floor with direct access to the shopping arcade -1, where the supermarket is located. Motorists in this floor can also use the manual car wash. The car park is open from 06:45 to 00:30.
- P2 is parking in the underground floor with access to shopping arcades -1 or 0. The car park is open from 06:45 to 00:30.
- P3 is rooftop parking with direct access to the “BOWLAND Bowling center” on the second floor. The car park has a capacity of about 80 cars, and it is open nonstop.
Parking is free for the first 2 hours. In case of exceeding it, please ask the organizers for issuing of exit ticket. The access road to the Galerie Šantovka is possible from Velkomoravská or Wittgensteinova streets.
Golf Resort Olomouc:
The Golf Resort area has 2 parking lots with capacity of 130 respectively 70 personal cars.

By completing and submitting the form, I hereby grant OLTIS Group, headquartered in Milady Horákové 1200/27a, company ID 26847281, registered in the public register kept by the Regional Court in Ostrava, section B, insert 2844, contact e-mail: (hereinafter referred to as the “Administrator”), consent to processing my personal data, under the following conditions:
Personal data to be processed:
- name and surname, titles,
- company name,
- position in the company,
- email address,
- telephone contact.
The purpose of personal data processing is to:
- manage the administrative agenda related to the organization of professional and/or social events,
- send invitations and other communications related to the activities of the Administrator, including those that co-operate with the Administrator (general sponsors, partners, co-organizers),
- insert and store this personal data in the IS MARKET electronic database maintained by the Administrator.
The period of personal data processing is:
- these data will be processed by the Administrator for 10 years.
By completing and submitting the form to the Administrator, the Data Subject agrees with the processing of personal data and declares that she/he has been duly instructed by the Administrator about the processing and protection of personal data)*, that the above mentioned personal data is accurate and true and are provided voluntarily to the Administrator.

- during the OLTIS Three Balls Cup 2023, held on 1–2 June 2023, photographic and video recordings will be made, which OLTIS Group will subsequently provide to participants of the event and will use it for marketing purposes,
- by submitting your application and participation, you agree with publishing the images and video from this event.
