International Scientific Conference in Pardubice

University of Pardubice, Jan Perner Transport Faculty hosted the Fifth International Scientific Conference "Theory and Practice in Transport", with the English negotiation language (5th International Scientific Conference - Theoretical and Practical Issues in Transport) from 11 to 12 February 2010.

The coverage of the conference was very wide, from road to air transport, by modelling of the demand for transport to the infrastructure technical equipments.

Practical issue was presented by the representative of Group OLTIS, Mr. David Krásenský, who presented in his paper information system ÚDIV as a tool to promote effective management of fleet of cargo carriers. In addition to professional content we have been also contributed as sponsors to the successful running of the conference. Next year of the conference is planned for the year 2013.
