Integrated Management System
By end of 2007 OLTIS Group a.s., OLTIS s.r.o. and CID International, a.s. acquired certificates of three management systems, which have been introduced as an integrated management system complying with requirements of international standards ČSN EN ISO 9001:2001, ČSN EN ISO 14001, ČSN ISO/IEC 27001.
The audits were performed by the company CQS.
Integrated Management System (IMS)
Our company provides above all services in the field of development and operation of information systems for transport and logistics. Among our customers belong mainly transporters and forwarders (both on rails and road) and firms and public organisations dealing in traffic coordination and traffic control.
The aim of our company is to continuously maintain and further effectively develop the existing quality management system complying with requirements of international standards ČSN EN ISO 9001:2001.
In 2007 it was the management's decision to integrate into the quality management system also the environment management system (following ČSN EN ISO 14001) and information safety management system (following ČSN ISO/IEC 27001).
Integrated management system policy incorporates individual policies of individual parts of the integrated management system, i.e. QMS (Quality Management System), EMS (Environment Management System) and ISMS (Information Safety Management System). In all parts of the system we respect all effective legislation, in EMS namely dealing with wastes and observing energy saving principles.
IMS Policy
In accord with the above mentioned aim our company declares the integrated management system policy valid for the period of 2009 - 2011. In order to achieve our aims will focus of the following principles fulfulment:
- Well trained and highly qualified professionals
- Well working infrastructure
- High quality of provided services
- Close monitoring of newly implemented products
- Participation in environment friendly trends
- Safe dealing with information
- Making information available but safe
